Dr. Brian Dursteler, Physician, is the co-owner and medical director for Deja Vu. Dr. Dursteler is a practicing Emergency Physician with over 16 years of experience and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. He graduated from Uniformed Services University F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine in 1992. Dr. Dursteler is also the vice chief of medical staff and medical director of the emergency department at West Valley Hospital in Goodyear, Arizona.

Jennifer Dursteler, co-owner of Deja Vu, is a physician assistant certified by the NCCPA. She graduated from the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the top of her class. She also holds two bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry and Microbiology from Arizona State University. She has practiced emergency medicine for the past 7 years and has had extensive training in laser technology and skin care. She is a Silver injector of Botox and Juvederm and has trained numerous other providers.

Susan Lee, RN, is Deja Vu's full time registered nurse and laser safety officer. As an experienced nurse of over 14 years, she is responsible for assisting in all of our Lipotherme procedures, maintaining all of our medical and laser equipment and training our new employees. Her expert nursing skills have made her a natural for administering Botox, Juvederm and Vitamin B12 injections, as well.

Mr. Graham has thirty plus years of progressive experience in high-tech product marketing, planning, management and sales with IBM, RCA, Honeywell, Group Bull and Lucent Technology. As a Director level International Businessman, Byron has effectively created win-win business ventures while identifying and resolving potential business problems. In 2002, Mr. Graham began applying his vast business and financial experience to the task of obtaining financing for Commercial Real Estate projects, nationwide. In 2007, he began working financial, business and marketing issues to help bring the dream of Deja Vu Med Spa to reality.

Tracy, an Arizona State Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from The Arizona School of Massage Therapy and has over 5 years of experience in a variety of massage techniques. Her repertoire includes therapeutic massage (stretching), trigger point, deep tissue, swedish, la stone, and bamboo massage; as well as hand and foot reflexology. Tracy is also trained and certified by MedSurge as a Laser Technician. This allows her to perform treatments such as laser hair reduction, pigmented lesions, laser remodeling and photo rejuvenation.

Jazmin is Deja Vu's lead medical aesthetician.  She specializes in acid peels, facials, waxing, body treatments, and more. She has over three years of experience as a licensed aesthetician, with more than 10 years in customer service. She is very knowledgeable in facial skin anatomy and will take the time to help you get your skin looking flawless and at its best.
